A promise to my customers

at least 70% of my customers come back for more books!
my feedback over 2 accounts can only be described as 'glowing'. and i think this speaks volumes about the service i provide, and the products i sell.
it helps that i'm lucky, and seem to get great customers, who are, honestly, a pleasure to deal with.
so thank you, to all my previous customers, for buying from me. and welcome to prospective customers, read this page, take a look at what i'm selling, and rest assured that you'll get the absolute best in service & products, from me.

i cannot compete with the 99p, 10,000 pdf's, that the power sellers are now flooding the market with.
i feel like the local corner shop, and asda and tesco have opened up either side of me lol.
my books are a little more expensive, but they are already converted, ready to drop onto your kindle, you don't have to do it yourself.
your order is made up of books you have chosen, not the same 10,000. every order i complete is different, & that takes time.
i list every book, in every collection, so you can see what you will get, before you buy.
i have created a guide, with pictures, that i send out with each order, or it can be viewed online (within the blog). and i offer after sales service, even going as far as sitting on the phone with customers & talking them through loading the books.
i use top brand discs & send them out in jewel cases, or clam shell cases. i pack in bubble wrap & heavy duty envelopes. i never send a disc out in a plastic sleeve with no protection.
every disc is checked (on a different pc to which it was burned) before i send it out. you'll never get a blank or dud disc, or the wrong order.
the collections i sell were put together over 3 months. each book was checked on google books, amazon, and several  other book lovers sites, to make sure each went into the right collection, & to make sure it was rated 4 stars or above.
some authors write a mixture of genres, but rather than split the books, i have (in most cases) added all the books by a specific author, into the collection their style favours most, even if that means duplicating their books in another collection. but by listing the books, you'll know before hand if this is the case.

i have my phone set up to alert me when anything happens on ebay, so in most cases, whenever i can, i will reply within minutes of you getting in touch.
providing a great service is very important to me, its a matter of pride!
